About Me
My name is Brittany and I'm a 23 year old girl living in Australia. I'm currently studying at University and majoring in writing and literature. I also work as a graphic artist for a local media company. I'll pretty much read anything, but I like Young Adult books the most, especially ones that contain anything supernatural, paranormal or historical. I've been an avid reader all my life and don't plan on changing that any time soon.

In My Mailbox is a meme hosted by The Story Siren, which allows bloggers to share what books they’ve received in the past week. They can be from stores, contests, tours or publishers!

Most of my new books this week are compliments of my two library memberships! It’s been a great way for me to find and hire books I would otherwise have to buy (and most likely ship from overseas) I have a lot of Maria V. Snyder this week – mainly because I’ve heard so many good things about her books! I can’t wait to read them!

Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder (purchased)
Magic Study by Maria V. Snyder (purchased)
Fire Study by Maria V. Snyder (purchased)
Forget-Her-Nots by Amy Brecount White (from Skye via the Aussie Swap!)
The Dead-Tossed Waves by Carrie Ryan (library borrowed)
The Summoning by Kelley Armstrong (library borrowed)
The Awakening by Kelley Armstrong (library borrowed)
The Reckoning by Kelley Armstrong (library borrowed)
Stolen by Lucy Christopher (library borrowed)
Storm Glass by Maria V. Snyder (library borrowed)

The Study series by Maria V Snyder was only $20 in one pack! I instantly snapped the set up because usually they’re $20 each – or at least they were last time I looked in a bookstore. I’m also thrilled to be able to read Forget-Her-Nots from Skye. I’ll be sending her The Dark Divine this week in exchange. My first book swap, yahoo. I’m so excited! :)

Link up to your mailbox and I’ll be sure to check it out!

Wow, I love those covers of the ‘Study’ books… very cool!

I haven’t read any Kelley Armstrong, although I suspect I should… she seems to be very popular.

    Yay for library books!

The Dead-Tossed Waves is amazing, definitely one of my favourite books :D I really need to start making use of my library… But I haven’t had the chance to go and it’s such a pain having to take the books back… But I suppose if you go there regularly it’s okay. Oh well, great book week, happy reading!
